Meet the Team – Pineland Family Dentistry

Katy – Lead Dental Hygienist

Katy has been working at Pineland Family Dentistry as a hygienist since 2022. Growing up she always saw herself working in the dental field.

She graduated from St. Joseph’s College in 2013 with her bachelor’s degree in biology and chemistry. Soon after, she started her dental career studying at the University of New England and graduated cum laude in 2017. Making connections with patients and patient comfort in the dental setting are just a few of the values she brings to the practice.

Outside of the office, she now resides in Gray with her husband, mini poodle Louie and toy poodle, Cooper. In her free time, she enjoys documentaries as well as catching up with her family.

Riley – Dental Hygienist

Riley first joined Pineland Family Dentistry in 2023 after graduating from the University of Maine in Augusta with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene.

Since then, she has enjoyed getting to know the patients here at Pineland Family Dentistry and appreciates helping them with their oral health journey.

Outside of the office, Riley enjoys spending time with her husband Matt and her family. Riley’s hobbies include reading, crafting, baking and all things creative. Fun fact: Riley’s favorite dessert is a classic whoopie pie!

Carsa – Dental Assistant

Carsa is a dental assistant here in the office. She has been working in this field since 2013.

She enjoys helping patients feel comfortable in the dental chair and seeing their restored smiles.

In her free time, she enjoys being outside walking, kayaking and spending time at the beach.

Samantha – Dental Assistant

Samantha joined our practice in 2024. She has a gentle, reassuring approach and loves helping patients feel comfortable during their visits. To her, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing people smile with confidence again.

When she’s not in the office, you can find her enjoying nature with her fiancé Ross, or whipping up something sweet in the kitchen.

Marianne – Dental Hygienist / Office Manager

Marianne has been dedicated to dentistry since 1981, entering the profession as a Certified Dental Assistant and moving on to becoming a practicing Registered Dental Hygienist in 1987. She was born in Philadelphia and grew up in South Jersey.

She graduated from Camden County Dental Hygiene School in Blackwood, New Jersey. She began her dental career employed in a periodontal practice and has had the tremendous opportunity to perform her skills in this specialty setting focusing on periodontal disease. She remains energetic and excited helping patients maintain a healthy smile. You will see her most days as she continues to grow at Pineland Family Dentistry in learning the business side of dentistry.

Marianne and her husband Greg were married in 1987 and have four adult children. They have a yellow Labrador Retriever named Bodie who is full of energy and lots of love.

Jill – Business Coordinator

Jill, our Business Coordinator, brings more than 30 years of experience in the dental, surgical, and business fields. She joined our practice in 2018 and has played an essential role in keeping our office running smoothly while ensuring every patient feels welcomed and supported.

With a strong background in dental administration and patient care, Jill works closely with both patients and the clinical team to ensure a positive and seamless experience. Known for her warm and friendly personality, she enjoys building lasting relationships with patients and creating a welcoming environment for everyone who visits our office.

Jill is the proud mother of two adult children and grandmother to three grandsons. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking walks on the beach, and dining out.

Carla – Scheduling Coordinator

Carla’s work experience includes over 20 years in medical administration, of which 10 years were in the field of orthodontics.

She has been with Dr. Goding and the team at Pineland Family Dentistry for almost 3 years. Everyone at Pineland cares about the patients and strives to give exceptional care and professionalism.
